If I have 3 speakers, S2 and S3 and S1 2 amplifiers, A1 and A2, connected like this: While President S2 plays while playing S1 or S3 but S1 and S3 are separated from each other. A1-> S1, S2 and A2 -> S2, S3 S1 S2 S3 | / / / / / A1 A2 Can I use diodes to ensure that sending a signal A1 will not play on S3 speaker? If yes, how I communicate? I think: A1 - (diode) + S2 (for positive wire) A1 + (LED) - S2 (for negative lead) then repeat for A2, I'm not sure how the current flows effectively the amplifier to the speaker and whether blocking the current in one direction would affect the sound. They are 70 volt PA speakers on the ceiling thanks in advance!
Diodes will not serve the purpose you intend for them in this case. Not only a diode distortion audio signal exists, it will also generate harmonics existing audio signals causing further distortion. I am sure that the audio frequency directional couplers are available on the market. If you can not be bad luck for what you do with your audio system. If available, you'll need an AF directional coupler between S1 and S2 and between S3 and S2. Sure tags to meet entry and exit to the coupler. Don `t try to use a directional coupler RF. It will not work correctly or not at all audio frequencies.
