Making money by making Solar Panels?

I recently lost a job and looking for ways to make money. I was looking to make money by making and then selling solar panels but figures don't add up. Lets say if I want to make 65 w Solar Panel, I ll need 36 solar panels which cost around $ 47 (flux and wires included), a frame for solar panel which cost about $ 40, a glass for the frame cost around $ 40 and sylgard which cost around $ 45. Total cost $ 172
Now if I make a solar panel for $172 I ll expect to make money on it but you can buy a 65 w solar panel for $ 170 on ebay. Don't know where an I going wrong here. Need your knowledge please.
Any other ideas of making money would be appreciated too.
