How does the pulse width relate to the tension?

I know that V = I * R, and I know that with less resistance (impedance) you get short pulse widths (and vice versa), but is there an equation?

Pulse width does not directly relationship with voltage, the voltage is the peak height or amplitude while the pulse width is directly related to time or RC, where R is the resistance and C is the capacitance.
