Frame Adhesive

What is a good adhesive to keep a channel windshield Jeep?
I have a 1991 Wrangler and bolt holes are mostly deleted. I tried the little rivet repair and did not work. I just need a good strong adhesive to I get a new windshield frame. Suggestions?
