I have started wearing ultra high heels to work on a daily basis. How high do you wear?

I have started wearing a six inch heels most days now to work I have two pairs of pumps that I have been wearing and hope to buy more soon.

I can wear 6 inch heels but not for too long but i'm getting better! 3 inches used to be my maximum and even then i tottered around rather than walked! but i recently took up Yoga and Pilates and my balance is much better so i've been able to go higher. I'm small (just over 5ft) and i'm supposed to look smart at work so i wear 4.5 inch heels normally but on special occasions i wear my 5" or 6" heels.
